About the Project
The Gökdeniz Kartal project, built on the site of the former Noncommissioned Officers’ Site in Kartal, is an urban transformation project. Designed by Architect Ömer Çamoğlu, the apartments in the Gökdeniz Kartal project offer sea views from the 9th floor onwards. The project, which began construction in May 2014, attracted great interest during the pre-demand phase. Developed by Bay Yapı and Gülsa İnşaat partnership, the Gökdeniz Kartal project comprises 204 apartments in two 17-story blocks. The project, located in Kartal Atalar Neighborhood, covers a construction area of 35,000 square meters. There are 17 different types of apartments, including 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 duplexes.
