BAYYAPI was established in Erzurum in 1992 by our founder, engineer Metin Okyay ERTAŞ, with the aim of operating in the fields of Housing, Project Management, and Construction. In its early years, BAYYAPI (Ertas Construction Ltd Sti) completed over 150,000 square meters of projects, including residential and commercial buildings in the Erzurum region.

At the beginning of the 2000s, BAYYAPI expanded its vision and activities to include Project Development and Residential Construction in Russia and Ukraine. In 2003, BAYYAPI began actively engaging in Housing, Project Development, and Construction activities in Istanbul. Based in Istanbul, the company has delivered over 170,000 square meters of projects, including residential, urban transformation, commercial, and industrial projects.

From its inception, BAYYAPI has committed to executing specialized projects requiring unique techniques instead of standard construction projects. It has specialized in this direction through its activities and has successfully completed every assignment under the guidance of science and ethics.
