Bay Yapı Materials aims to satisfy its customers by offering products and services that meet international quality and standards. Since 1992, our activities in the Erzurum region include:
- The company was established to operate in the fields of Housing, Project Management, and Construction.
- In subsequent years, providing wholesale food distribution and logistical services to the Black Sea, Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, and Southeastern Anatolia regions.
- Importing coal and petcoke products to meet the needs of industrial facilities.
- Exporting construction materials, primarily to Russia, Ukraine, and the Balkans.

Our company offers all kinds of cement in bulk and bag form.
We provide products from the world's leading manufacturers that comply with international standards and are audited by the main certification bodies. We ensure precise and timely delivery, meeting all requirements, specifications, packaging, geographical targets, or related logistics whenever and wherever needed. Cement is supplied in bulk or packaged in 1.5-2.0-ton Big Bags, 50 kg bags, or 1.5-ton sling bags in 42.5 kg bags.
Living in a world with over 400 million hectares of forests, the supply exists; we only support the proper and planned harvesting of forests. This also means planting another when one is cut. Processing sawdust from sustainably managed forests results in low environmental impact material. We market wood chips from sustainably harvested Pine Trees to ensure fair market share for products certified by programs like FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), combating the destruction caused by destructive forestry practices.

Grade A Clean Wood Chips Sources:
Sawmills and Wood Chip Mills produce the highest quality wood chips from clean wood due to their low ash content, consistent moisture content, and uniform shape and size. High-quality logs are brought to sawmills for conversion into timber. The process produces slabs and off-cuts that can be chipped. These logs are ventilated before chipping, and the resulting chips are sieved to remove fine particles and oversized pieces. The result is a clean chip of consistent shape and size.
- Wood chips/wood shavings are free from bark, coal, sand, stone, plastic, and other foreign materials.
- We sell wood chips produced from 100% Pine Tree.
- The total amount of wood dust, bark, and decay is below 1.5%.
